league fees are paid in full by the deadline dates
listed and apply only when a team registers for both
the Spring & Summer Seasons. League Fees
will be accepted on deadline dates at the park
(unless weather dictates otherwise,
during the days and hours listed above. All other
entries (including league registration form and
payments) must be mailed to the address listed below. |

A $200 Deposit
will hold your teams’ spot. Payments can be made by
Company Check, Cashiers or Certified Check, Money
Order or by Visa / MasterCard. Please make checks
payable to Rivershore Sports Complex and indicate in
the lower left “Memo Line” your Team Name and Night
of Play. Mail your completed
