| Format | Three game round robin into a single elimination bracket. |
| Entry Fee | $350.00 - Details on where to send payment is included in the confirmation letter once you register your team. |

| Registration Deadline | Seven days prior to the event. |
| Eligible Teams | Any team from college club
teams may participate. Rivershore is offering a Fastpitch Friendly for all ages - 10U, 12U, 14U, 16U & 18U - on Saturday or Sunday. Click here for additional information |
| Housing | Holiday Inn - Airport is our Host Hotel and provides continental breakfast for the teams. |
