About Fall Youth Fastpitch Softball Leagues

What it's all about!

Fall softball is an opportunity for either individual players or teams to get additional games in before ‘ole man winter hits.  The league was started to allow girls the opportunity to play and "Have Fun” along with working on their skills for their primary position, or to learn a new position without the pressure of having to win.  In addition, there are no scheduled practices throughout the week for the Individual Sign-Up Division.

When

The league starts on Sunday, September 13th and will run until mid to late October.  The only weekend that will not be scheduled is September 26th & 27th, as the final tournament of the season is scheduled - The Queen City “Diamond Dry” Fastpitch Classic.
The league offers a five-week - 10 game schedule, which ends on or about the third or fourth weekend of October – weather permitting.

Where

Fall ball will be played at Rivershore Ball Park.  Rivershore Park is located in Hebron, KY – one exit west of the airport.  Complete directions will be posted on the site.  This park is a very fastpitch friendly park – with enclosed dugouts, covered areas for parent / fan protection from foul balls!

Registration Deadline

August 29th, 2009.

Ages Offered

All age divisions will be offered, 10U, 12U, 14U, 16U & 18U for both individual sign-ups and teams divisions.  A Player may play in both divisions if they choose.  Every attempt will be made to play Team and Individual games at opposite times.
