Rivershore Sports Complex is excited to offer a
variety of One Day Fastpitch Friendlies! Games
will generally begin at 10:00 am and you have the choice of
the number of games you want to play. Below you will find the details, along with
registration information, an updated listing of
teams registered and other info! |

Registration |
All teams are eligible to participate in this Fastpitch Friendly, as long as they are ASA Sanctioned by
their local commissioner. and carry a Team Insurance
policy.
Registration is on a first come – first paid basis
and space is limited!

Age
Divisions |
Friendlies will offer - 10U, 12U, 14U,
16U & 18U in both the
"A" & "B" classifications.
Age divisions offered will be based upon the time of
year and high school softball. |

Entry Fee |
The entry fee is $25 per teams and checks are to be
made payable to Rivershore Sports Complex and mailed
to: PO Box 17505, Covington, KY 41017-0505. (Please
note – the above address is not the physical address
of the park.)

Each team is responsible for paying the umpire fees
based upon the number of games they want to have
scheduled as well as supplying their own softballs. |

Registration Deadline |
The registration deadline is
7 days prior to
each event start date. To be registered,
please submit your registration paperwork. No
team will be accepted until the proper paperwork has
been received in the park office. |

Tournament
Format |
Teams will
be scheduled against others that have registered.
Basic format is round robin or double headers. |

Tournament
Rules |
Rules will be relaxed and
will allow the following:
Unlimited substitutions
Continuous batting order.
Game times will be limited to 1 hour and 20 minutes
and will be scheduled 1 hour and 45 minutes apart. |

Game
Schedules |
Game schedules will be posted on the web site 3
days prior to the start of the tournament. An email
will be sent to each email address supplied on the
registration form – notifying coaches / managers of game schedule
postings. |

Gate Fee |
Gate fee will be $3.00 per
person. Players and three coaches will be
admitted at no charge. Senior citizens and
children 16 and younger - free admission. |

Hotel /
Housing Information |
Teams will be supplied with housing information when
their paid entry is received. |

located just off I-275 and Rt. 237 North. For
