Bustos Blast Classic
over Memorial Day Weekend - May 22-25, 2009!

Registration |
All teams are eligible to participate in the Bustos
Blast Classic as long as they are ASA Sanctioned by
their local commissioner. and carry a Team Insurance
policy.
Registration is on a first come – first paid basis
and space is limited!

Age
Divisions |
All age
divisions and both the "A" & "B" classifications
will be offered. Please note that the
tournament director reserves the right to combine
classifications if necessary! If your team is
a 16U and/or 18U team, a special event will be held
on Monday - Memorial Day to accommodate those teams
that may not have their complete team prior to the
registration deadline. Cost will be reduced
for these age divisions. |

Entry Fee |
The entry fee* is $325 per teams and checks are to be
made payable to Rivershore Sports Complex and mailed
to: PO Box 17505, Covington, KY 41017-0505. (Please
note – the above address is not the physical address
of the park.) If you are participating in the
Park's Youth *Incentive Program, please note that the fee is
less than the $325 entry as indicated above. |

Registration Deadline |
The registration deadline is 14 days prior to the
event start date. May 8, 2009. |

Tournament
Format |
Teams are guaranteed four (4) games weather
permitting and based upon the number of teams in a
division, teams could play 3 pool play games and
advance into a single elimination bracket or play a
round robin format.
Monday's event for 16U & 18U will be a three game
guarantee and the entry fee shall be $200. |

| The
Bustos Blast Classic is excited to
offer a Four Hour Hitting & Fielding
Clinic for all athletes. (You don't
have to be playing in the tournament
to participate in the clinic!) This
event will host at a minimum a
hitting and fielding clinic, on
Saturday morning, prior to 'games'
starting! It is still in the
planning stages but we may be
holding two clinics, one before and
one after the tournament. Why prior
to the start of the tournament? We
want all participants to be able to
practice what they just learned
while the Olympians and Howard are
there to help you further understand
the techniques learned. For the
younger ages our U18 team will be
available to sit in the dugouts and
answer any questions or give one on
one instruction to the players. The
cost of the Clinic is $60 and
includes a clinic “T” shirt. There
will be a limit of 60 participants
per clinic. For additional details

The Bustos Blast Classic is excited to offer a
Hitting & Fielding Clinic for all athletes.
(You don't have to be playing in the tournament to
participate in the clinic!) The clinic will
not interfere with the tournament.
