Incentive Packages for Youth Teams
Tournaments and Leagues – 2008

Rivershore is excited to announce the following incentive package for Youth Teams!

 

Tournaments

1. Register and pay for one tournament at Rivershore in 2008 and pay regular fee - $300
2. Register and pay for two tournaments at Rivershore in 2008 and deduct $25 per event.
3. Register and pay for three tournaments at Rivershore in 2008 and deduct $50 per event.
4. Register and pay for four tournaments at Rivershore in 2008 and deduct $75 per event.
  All tournaments listed are four game guarantee - weather permitting! 
The base fee (with the exception of Slugger Fest) is $300.  Simply deduct the incentive amount (based upon the total number of events) from the base fee.  Example - your team is playing in the Ohio Hawks, Doom Spring Madness and Slugger Fest - you would deduct $50 from each events base entry fee.

*Checks to be made payable to Tournament Consultants and not Rivershore Sports Complex.
Leagues / Camps / Clinics
1.

Register and play in either Spring or Summer League and pay only $30 for Fall League – when your entire team registers to play.  (*Teams will pay umpires on the field each game.)  

2. Teams that are registered for Youth leagues at Rivershore will receive a discount when 8 or more of their players register for the Higher Ground Camp in June.
Guidelines / Rules
1. In order to get the discount for the tournament incentive, teams must pay the fees for all tournaments they are entering with their initial registration.
2. In the event a particular tournament does not fill, your team will get the “fee paid” returned.
3. In the event your team must drop out within the refund guidelines*, your team will be refunded based upon the total number of tournaments remaining that you have registered for.
4. When registering players for the Higher Ground Camp, all players must register at the same time in order to get the discount.
   
  *Refund policy shall be listed on the web site and/or in the registration packet for each event.
