Registration Information |
Any team is
eligible to participate in the Queen City Diamond
Dry Classic as long as they are ASA Sanctioned by
their local commissioner. and carry a Team Insurance
policy.
Registration is on a first come – first paid basis
and space is limited!

2009 Hall of Fame
Qualifier |
Only Metro Cincinnati JO
ASA sanctioned teams in the 12-&-Under and
14-&-Under divisions can or will earn the berth
to attend the ASA Hall of Fame National Qualifier in
Oklahoma City, OK in 2009. Typically 24 teams
participate in the Hall of Fame event with 8 of them
earning a direct berth to the USA/ASA National
Championships in 2009. Play where our Olympic
Team plays, where the finals of the College World
Series is held and visit the ASA Hall of Fame
Stadium while there! |

Age
divisions offered are 10U, 12U, 14U, 16U and 18U in both the "A" & "B" classifications. Please note that the
tournament director reserves the right to combine
classifications if necessary! |

Entry Fee |
The entry fee is $300 per team and checks are to be
made payable to Tournament Consultants and mailed
to: 6845 Colerain Ave., Cincinnati, OH 45239
(Please note – this is not the address of the park.) If you are participating in the
Park's Youth
Incentive Program, please note that the fee is
less than the $300 entry as indicated above. |

Registration Deadline |
The registration deadline is 14 days prior to the
event start date. September 13, 2008 |

Tournament
Format |
Teams are guaranteed four (4) games weather
permitting and based upon the number of teams in a
division, teams could play 3 pool play games and
advance into a single elimination bracket or play a
round robin format. |

Tournament Rules |
Tournament Rules will be
'relaxed' for most age divisions in this event.
Updated rules will be posted shortly. |

Game
Schedules |
Game schedules will be posted on the web site one
week prior to the start of the tournament. An email
will be sent to each email address supplied on the
registration form – notifying of game schedule
postings. |
